Executive and Board Members of KNU School of Medicine Alumni Association of North America made an unanimous decision to send $10,000 to Alma Mater Alumni Association to donate to Daegu Medical Association on behalf of North America Alumni members to help them to fight the COVID-19 disease epidemic in Daegu.

I just wired $10,000 because we can not wait for the members’ donations to arrive.

Please make a check payable to KNU School of Medicine (not to Taegu Medical Association), and send to Treasurer Dr. Donald Yoon

I hope that you remember me ..., I am Junghae Helen Kwon (육정혜) MD who is one of the KNU alumni association, NA ( KPNU Medical School).

I am a past president of association in the year of 2016 and 2017.

I believe that your are the president of KMA in the USA since 2018.

As you know that your late father Chang yoel Oh, MD is one of the most respected person in our medical alumni association.

The reason of my letter today is:

1, KNU alumni has been started sending fund ( $10,000) to

Daegue medical association to help this scary, sad and horrible,

almost pandemic situation of Corona Virus situation.

2, I wish the KMA will support and join in this as well.

It can be to regional Daegue medical Association or Korean

medical association as whole.
